Empower your team to work from anywhere with our flexible workspaces in Leipzig! Discover a workstation with high-quality infrastructure, network with our community, and enjoy complete flexibility. We provide a flex desk available for monthly rentals at a cost of 100€ (Optional you can rent a flexdesk with a mailbox for 120€) with  + VAT, with a minimum rental period of 3 months.

FAQ ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • How can I rent a flexdesks?

    The cost for a flexdesk is 100€ per month, plus VAT. (With a mailbox the flexdesk costs 120€.)

    Please note that the minimum rental period is 3 months. If you are interested, kindly email info@spinlab.co, and we will be happy to arrange a tour for you to get a closer look at our co-working space.

  • When can I use the room/open space?

    The daily rate allows you to use the room during our normal operating hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. We are flexible with this schedule, so if you need the room outside these hours (e.g., on weekends), please feel free to reach out. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    We are located right in the heart of the Spinnerei in the bustling neighborhood of Plagwitz in the west of Leipzig. You can find us at:
