The SpinLab Core Team Expands!

Happy to welcome two new members to our team.

Since our founding in 2014 we've experienced some tremendous growth. We're welcoming more and more startups through our doors, and they come from all over the world and from all industries, so we've got to make sure we're doing our part as the SpinLab team to provide the best possible support for our teams as possible.

Viola - Event Management & HR Consulting.

Many of you may already know Viola, as she's been working part time as one of our student workers since April of 2016. In the time she's been working as a student worker, she's been simeoultaneously working on completing her Master Thesis in General Management at the HTWK Leipzig. Recruiting and Event Management has historically been shared between Matthew and Shawn, but since Viola already had a lot of exposure to these areas in her time as a student worker, it made perfect sense to make her a full time part of the team and have her take ownership of these responsibilities.

Martin - Consultant & Coach

At the start of the 6th. class, Martin will complete the core team of the SpinLab. With more than 15 years of experience, his extensive network, and a diploma in economics, Martin will strengthen the coaching and consulting team in the key topics of Energy and SmartCity. He has worked as a consultant for various companies in several areas, such as ZDF Enterprises, Unister, and TREUGAST Consulting. Additionally, he brings extensive founding experience from the gaming industry, he also did pro-bono coaching for various founders and young companies, and is still engaged as a business angel in the startup scene. At his last station he coached a big data project and the “Eigenheim Manager” in business matters and enforced his network in the Energy- and Real-Estate -Industry.
