Our company creates immersive audio experiences for headphones, as intuitive as real life. This enables everyone to dive deep into any soundscape. We are a spin-off of TU Ilmenau and Fraunhofer IDMT, consisting of 16 audio-enthusiastic employees. We have built a PoC demo system. Our audio solution is set to be available for licensing in early-2025, and our first headphones are scheduled for release in mid-2027. Our goal is to develop Audio Augmented Reality (AAR) headphones. Brandenburg Labs relies on extensive knowledge in the audio field, also based on the expertise of our founder, Prof. Brandenburg, best known as the"father of mp3".
