Host your meetings and events at SpinLab, in the inspiring atmosphere of Leipzig's cotton mill. Our rooms are equipped with WiFi, whiteboards and monitors. If you need more, you can simply add flipcharts or moderation materials in the booking form. Whether it's a small meeting or a larger event, you'll find rooms here where work comes easily and your team feels comfortable.

WANT A TOUR THROUGH SPINLAB?

We'll gladly set up one of our staff members to arrange a 30-minute guided tour through SpinLab. You can learn about the story and activities of SpinLab during these tours. Guided tours are available at an additional cost of 150€ + VAT.

Empower your team to work from anywhere with our flexible workspaces in Leipzig! Discover a workstation with high-quality infrastructure, network with our community, and enjoy complete flexibility. We provide a flex desk available for monthly rentals at a cost of 100€ (Optional you can rent a flexdesk with a mailbox for 120€) with  + VAT, with a minimum rental period of 3 months.

FAQ ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • How can I rent a flexdesks?

    A flex desk costs €80 per month plus VAT. The minimum rental period is 3 months. If you are interested, simply send us an email at info@spinlab.co, and we will be happy to arrange a viewing so that you can take a closer look at our co-working space.

     

  • How can I rent a room or the SpinLab space?
    Please fill in our booking form. Once we have received your request, we will get back to you with a suitable offer.

  • When can I use the room/open space?

    The daily rate applies during our regular opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    If you need the room outside these hours, please contact us. We cannot guarantee it, but we will be happy to check what is possible.

  • Are hybrid events possible?

    Yes! SpinLab has modern technology for hybrid events, including overhead projectors, PA systems, microphones, spotlights, and a professional camera. Combined with our streaming equipment, the rooms are ideal for online participation. Technical support from our team is available for an additional fee; simply specify this when booking.

    We are located in the heart of the Spinnerei in the lively Plagwitz district in the west of Leipzig:

  • What does the daily rate include?

    Our rooms are well equipped to cover most meeting and event needs. The daily rate includes, among other things:

    • Reliable Wi-Fi
    • Access to the large kitchen
    • Unlimited access to the meeting room
    • Use of projector, whiteboard, and presentation materials (e.g., flipcharts, moderation kits)

  • What if I need catering?

    We offer a beverage package and are happy to assist you with organizing catering. Please mention this when booking. Our partner recommendations for delicious catering:
    Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own food, but we ask that you leave the room clean afterwards.

  • Do you have a lift?

    Yes, there is a freight elevator for equipment and materials. However, it is not suitable for people.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    You can cancel your booking free of charge up to one week in advance. For later cancellations, we charge 50% of the room rental fee, and for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the full amount is due.
    If you would like to postpone or adjust your booking, just let us know and we will find a solution together!
