Summer School for diverse Startups batch #4

SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator and HHL Digital Space are organizing the fourth “Leipzig Summer School for Diverse Startups” to support underrepresented founders. It is designed to support diverse early-stage startups, providing them with a tailored program to develop their business ideas. The primary goal is to empower underrepresented founders, dismantle barriers to success, and foster an inclusive startup ecosystem. This year's summer school program is supported by the EDIH Saxony, City of Leipzig, Sächsische Aufbaubank, DELL Technologies, Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen, S-Beteiligungen, Spreadshirt and Germany Trade and Invest.

Participants will benefit from interactive workshops on crucial topics such as sales, marketing, and financing, all led by seasoned mentors, investors, and coaches. Supporting the program as a cooperation partner, the city of Leipzig will once again present the "Digital Award" with a prize of €2000 during the public pitch event hosted by Sächsiche Aufbaubank (SAB) on July 25th. Furthermore, the winner will receive a ticket to Slush, one of Europe's largest startup conferences, sponsored by Germany Trade and Invest.

Burkhard Jung, Mayor of the City of Leipzig, is once again taking over the patronage this year and says:

Furthermore, the program enriches the regional startup ecosystem and provides underrepresented founders with a platform to successfully develop their businesses.“

Through videos, meditations, and exercises based on cognitive behavioral therapy principles, users are expected to feel better after 12 weeks. Because eating disorders can sometimes last a lifetime, we offer lifelong support by providing different online courses for different life situations.
